Tongue Gel / Cleaner Process
Thoroughly brush your teeth, palate and inside of your cheeks. Place a thin bead of tongue cleaning gel along the scarping end of tongue scraper. Extend your tongue and place the tongue cleaner on your tongue. Gently scrape the tongue surface 6-8 times to make sure the tongue is completely coated with gel. Start in the back of the tongue and scrape forward. Its not necessary to scrape hard. Do not rinse your mouth until above process has been completed. Repeat process daily morning and night. Rinse your tongue cleaner after each use. We recommend to replace tongue cleaner every 3 months.
